T3 Land Solutions was born out of the market downturn in the late 2000's.  Seeing an oportunity to help struggling real estate funds, T3 Land Solutions concentrated on creating a portfolio management system for the digital age.  This system included an online investor website that allows for the electronic delivery of all important financial information to the investors including monthly statements, tax documents and overall fund financial reports.  We then leverage our small team of real estate professionals to cut overhead, reposition and sell assets, all while keeping any governing Board or investor base completely informed.  

 

 T3 Land Solution is owned by Tim Rizer and Mike Kuehn.  Tim and Mike have over 80 years of combined real estate experience and have guided over $600 million dollars worth of sales and leasing transactions in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland markets during  their careers.
