Front Foot Benefit Fees are charges related to bringing water and sewer into a community.  Those charges are incurred by the developer and then charged back to the homeowners over a number of years.  The charges are disclosed to the homeowner on the purchase and sale contract as well as to the title company through publicly recorded documents.  A prorated fee is charged at closing and the entire annual amount is due at the beginning of the following year.  To pay your Front Foot Benefit Payment online, please click here ( a 2.5% service charge will be added to the FFB fee for online processing)
